Raw material mill uses the tail unload mill, which brings drying cabin. The origin of heat for drying comes from the kiln outlet. The raw material homogenization uses MF homogenization warehouse, the effective volume of which is 5000t, homogenization coefficient≥7.The raw inlet kiln feeding system includes weighing silodouble timing piper reamerimpact flow meterstrength promote pump.

This coal dust preparation system includes run coal binquantitative feedercoal millpowder concentratorbag dust catchercoal dust binthe head of the kiln and break down stove feeding coal computation and so on. Coal mill uses MFB2460 air sweep mill, the origin of heat comes from the waste gas in the head of the kiln, we can control the temperature that the hot blast entering the mill within a certain range, by means of t the cold wind incorporation coming from the grinding head valve.

The average output of the production line comes to 1130 tons per day, the grade of the clinker aggregate is 66.7MPa,the heat of which is 810×4.18/, all of those reach the guarantee value of the contract, pass appraisal inspection standards smoothly.
