                      4.6*(10+3.5)m Middle discharging ball mill/cement production line

   We persistently pursue the quality of product and the reputation of enterprise; strengthen cooperation with colleges and schools of China to develop new technology constantly. There are 12 products acquiring the technical identification of ministry and province. 6 products are honored as national new products, 5 honored as ministerial and provincial excellent quality products. We have won 22 patents, 4 new and high technology product certification. We mainly process the over ten kinds of large-size complete sets of equipment as 8m gear hobbing machine, 8m vertical lathe, 6.3m×20m face lathe, 6.5m annealing furnace, and so on. The annual processing capability reaches 150 thousand tons which meets the processing production demand of rotary kiln and globe mill less than 6m. Through 40 years development, the company has formed one package service from design, manufacture, installation, debugging to reach the production and the mark. Recently we have undertaken some large projects from home and abroad as following: three 4.3×64m rotary kilns and 3.8×13m globe mills for Pakistan Lucky Cement Co., Ltd; two complete sets of cement produce line equipments for Myanmar Dragon Cement Co., Ltd; four5×74m rotary kilns and3.8m air swept coal mills for Fujian Homemade Industrial Cement Co., Ltd and Guangdong Taini Cement Co., Ltd; two4.2×13m globe mills for Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Factory; core part of 4.0×60m rotary kiln and 3.8×13m globe mill with capacity of 2500TPD for Vietnam Cesar Cement Co.,. Our product command a good market at China, meanwhile, complete sets of equipment is exported to Russia, Japan, Karen, Southeast Asia, South America, Central Africa, and some other areas.
