         As a national large-size plant, Jiangsu Triple A Credit Company, and Jiangsu Provincial C ompany Honoring the Contract and Keeping the Promise, Jiangsu Pengfei Group is the production and export base for the mechanical equipments of the cement, metallurgy, electric power, chemical and environmental protection industry. The company mainly provides the manufacturing, selling, installation, debugging and complete set of technical services for 8000t/d, 5000t/d and 2500t/d cement mechanical equipments. Pengfei brand products such as rotary kiln (φ3.2×52mφ5.2×78m), ball mill (φ3×11mφ4.6×13m), air swept coal mill [φ2.6×(5.25+2.25)mφ3.8×(10+3.5)m, preheater with precalciner, kiln rear precipitator, cooler and so on are judged the famous product of excellent quality and designated product in the building materials industry.

The company is located in the beautiful Yangtze Delta Economic ZoneNantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is one of the first lot opening cities approved by the State Council. It has a 10,000t class harborNantong Port and is near the Yangze River in the south and Yellow Sea in the east. With Yantong expressway, 204 national road and new Changningqi railway passing by, it enjoys convenient transportation. Now as a national large-size company, it is integrated with the research, design, manufacture, as well as erection and commissioning. Dozens of cement production lines contracted in Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Iran, Peru etc. by our company have met with great favor from the international customers.

Through deepening the system reform, the company has kept expanding. Now, the Group covers an area over 250000m² and owned RMB420 million of total assets. It has become a large modernized garden company with more than 200 technicians. In order to meet the requirements of the cement machinery development, and supply the customer with the excellent equipment, the company is continuously increasing the investment on the manufacturing equipment. On the basis of the original manufacturing ability, the company has purchased dozens sets of large-size manufacturing equipments. Now the company has been equipped with φ10m, φ8m,  φ5m, φ3.5m, φ2.5m 10-unit vertical lathes, φ8m, φ6.3m, φ5m, φ2.5m 8-unit hobbing machines, φ6.3m×18m, φ5 m×15m , φ4.5m×15m, φ4.0m×14m 5-unit floor lathes, 4-unit rolling submerged arc automatic welding equipments with the carrying capacity of 100t-200t-300t, φ6.5m×16m annealing furnace, 4-unit CO₂ gas shielded are welding equipments, 6-unit roller plate bending machines manufacturing the material with width of 120mm, 90mm, 75mm, 40mm, and other tools and tackles. All kinds of crane plants whose capacity is between 20t and 150t and 210-unit engineer machineries can meet the process and manufacture requirements of the kiln and the ball mill with the diameter under 6m. In order to improve the product quality further, the company strictly carries out the ISO 9001 Quality Control System, and performs the scientific administration. Raw material performance test, chemical element analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector and other equipments are adopted to examine strictly the raw material and the product.
