 The first-stage construction of two dry process cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t and auxiliary projects for Taini (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. is invested by the largest cement enterprise in TaiwanTaiwan Cement Co., Ltd.. And this is the first project of Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd. invested across the sea into Guangdong. The main business operation Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute of Sinoma is the general contractor of this project, carried out whole construction from project designing, auxiliary equipment, construction to production debugging. Pengfei Group manufactured and provided the main machinery rotary kiln. During the construction of project, Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute insisted the spirit of being honest and respecting profession, help each other and win together. They stack to innovation of science and management, relied on mature technology, strict management and powerful inside-out coordination, used all-round optimization design, adopted a series of new technology, new process designing, new equipment, new material. Project Integration Management was implemented. Many negative factors were overcome, such as native complicate geology, fierce flooding disaster. In september,2004 this project was started, then invested in December, 2005,and passed final acceptance of construction in April,2006.Proved by one years working condition, its calcinations system, raw material grinding system, coal mill system and packing system etc. had all achieved commissioning. Under the endeavor of owner and contractor, the first-stage construction of two clinker cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t has the features of low-cost, short building period, high quality, high working efficient, etc.
